Leaders and the first floor understand the platform construction in the lobby

  At the meeting, Yuhan Sun, the director of ICT Innovation, mainly reported the construction background, overall framework and current progress of ICT Innovation.

Zhiyuan Zhu, party secretary of Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, introduced the construction of ICT Innovation to the participating leaders, and pointed that the platform construction will adhere to the market-oriented mechanism and laid emphasis on the development of basic technology while improving the innovation capacity.

Zhaolei Shen, vice secretary of the party group of Shanghai Branch, Chinese Academy of Sciences, on behalf of the Shanghai branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences, expressed his sincere thanks to all leaders from Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Songjiang District Science and Technology Commission for supporting and helping ICT Innovation for a long time. ICT Innovation will furtherly carry out global cooperation in the future to accelerate the healthy development of low-carbon industry platform.

Hongwei Zhao, director of Songjiang District Science and Technology Commission, pointed out that ICT Innovation was one of the 18 R&D and transformation functional platforms in Shanghai that had made rapid development. The advantages of ICT Innovation were its independent innovation technology and close cooperation with important low-carbon enterprises of domestic and oversea. It hopes to build a low-carbon technology platform with international influence in the future with the integration of technology, market and investment.

Lulu Zhang, investigator of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission base office, pointed out that low-carbon industry, as a national strategic emerging industry, has broaden development prospects. It hopes to accelerate the construction and build a first-class platform for R&D and transformation of low-carbon technology in the industry, making contributions to the Yangtze river delta region and even the global low-carbon industry.
