March 5, 2021, the strategic signing ceremony between Shanghai Low Carbon
Technology Innovation Functional Platform (Shanghai Tuorui Low Carbon Energy
Technology Co., LTD.) and Donghua Engineering Technology Co., LTD. (" Donghua
Technology ") was successfully held in Hefei, Anhui Province. The ceremony
was presided over by Wu Yuefeng, deputy general manager of Donghua Technology
Co., LTD. Sun Yuhan, director of Platform, Wu Guangmei, Chairman of Donghua
Technology Co., LTD., Chen Shan, chairman of Jingfu Asset Management Co., LTD.,

low-carbon energy. Wu Guangmei highly affirmed the achievements of the
construction of the low-carbon platform and pointed out that the two sides will
assist each other in technology development, engineering amplification and
market promotion in the future, and jointly promote the development of energy
and chemical technology on the basis of achieving win-win results.
