On July 20, Jia Zhenglan, Vice Chairman of
Yulin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference,
Chairman of Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Director of
Yulin Hi-Tech Zone Management Committee, and his delegation visited Shanghai
Institute of Cleantech Innovation (hereinafter referred to as the "ICT")
for exchanges. Prof. Dr. Sun Yuhan, the head of ICT, Prof. Dr. Wang Hui, the
CEO of Shanghai Curui Low Carbon Energy Technology Co. Ltd, Mr. Ju Haitao, the
CEO of Gao Lu Air Chemicals (Shanghai) Energy Technology Co. Ltd, and Mr. Fan
Weiyao, the executive president of Shanghai ICT Developer Energy Technology
Co., Ltd., were present at the reception.
Mr. Jia Zhenglan and his delegation first visited the catalysts particle validation platform, the analysis platform, and the R&D laboratories, and learned about the hardware construction and main purposes of each laboratory one by one. At the symposium, the two sides introduced their respective construction situations and discussed in depth the new paths to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
Yulin Hi-tech Zone is the only national high-tech zone with coal chemical industry as the leading industry, and under the national strategic goal of "carbon neutral and carbon peak", it has made great efforts to promote the high-end and terminalization development of coal chemical industry. ICT is a functional R&D and transformation platform integrating low-carbon technology development, technology service and technology incubation, which develops technology innovation and transformation with green carbon transformation as the core, serves the realization of the national dual-carbon goal, and is committed to opening up the "last mile" of low-carbon scientific and technological achievements transformation.
At the meeting, the two sides reached a
consensus on jointly promoting carbon neutral technology innovation and
industrialization. In the future, the two sides will take the construction of
the pilot base as an entry point, give full play to the resource advantages of
all parties, accelerate the demonstration and application of low-carbon
high-end technologies, and contribute to the realization of the carbon
neutrality goal!
