Recently,
the Shanghai Low-Carbon Technology Innovation Platform (Shanghai C Low-Carbon
Energy Technologies Co., Ltd.) has officially been granted the laboratory
accreditation certificate (Registration Number CNAS L17237) by the China National
Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). This marks another
significant achievement for the platform following its receipt of the
Qualification Accreditation Certificate for Inspection and Testing Institutions
(CMA Accreditation) issued by the state in December 2020. The dual CMA/CNAS
accreditations signify that the low-carbon platform has successfully joined the
ranks of nationally accredited laboratories and possesses the technical
capabilities to conduct testing services in accordance with the respective
accreditation standards.
The successful acquisition of CNAS
accreditation marks a significant milestone for the Shanghai Curui Low-Carbon
Energy Technologies Co., Ltd. It signifies that the platform has achieved
internationally recognized standards in hardware infrastructure, quality
management, and testing capabilities. The accreditation specifically covers the
realms of inorganic chemical catalysts, plastics, and micro-nanoparticles. The
physicochemical analysis, testing data, and reports issued within these
approved scopes will be recognized by laboratory accreditation organizations in
countries and regions that have mutual recognition agreements with CNAS. This
further strengthens the quality and credibility of the platform's technological
research and development as well as its services to external clients.
As one of the initial planning
functional platforms in the construction of Shanghai's Science and Innovation
Center, which is metaphorically described as the "four beams and eight
pillars" of the project, Shanghai Curui Low-Carbon Energy Technologies
Co., Ltd. actively responds to the advancement of China's national policies on
peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality. The platform has
progressively shaped a unique development pathway, which encompasses technology
research and development, incubation implementation, and targeted services. By
incorporating the national objective of "carbon neutrality" into its
own development plan, the platform continually expands its scope and
capabilities. This includes in-depth exploration of green, low-carbon
technologies, enhancing the clean and efficient utilization of carbon
resources, focusing on the development of renewable energy, and consistently
offering a range of solutions and practical pathways from technology research
and development to industrial implementation.
